MatterPak
The Matterpak Bundle is a set of assets that can be downloaded and imported into third-party programs (such as 3ds Max, ReCap, Revit, or AutoCAD). It includes individual room measurements, illustrations of property features, and the total floor area calculation. This feature can be helpful to create 3D models of a property and provide detailed information about the property's dimensions that are accurate to within 1%.
Schematic Floor Plan
The Schematic Floor Plan Add-On generates black-and-white floor plans from Matterport 3D scans, which saves users the time and effort of measuring and drawing everything manually. The floor plans are highly accurate, allowing users to showcase the property's layout with precision. The Schematic Floor Plan Add-On also offers customization options, such as the ability to add labels, measurements, and room names. This makes it easy for users to create floor plans that are tailored to their specific needs.
TruePlan™ for Xactimate®
We offer this add-on option for insurance and restoration professionals. It provides SKX files in both floor plan and 3D views from the model, which can be easily imported into Xactimate software. This feature saves time, cuts costs, and helps close claims faster. Trueplan for Xactimate 3D walkthroughs efficiently documents property losses, collects evidence, and estimates repair and rebuilding costs.
BIM File

The file can be imported to various design applications, including Revit, and used to analyze an object's 3D shape and create designs.
